Important Notices

• It is necessary to have a valid CPA license in order to practice as a CPA. We have encountered situations where the license has not been renewed and the person continues to issue reports. The Board has imposed sanctions in these cases.
• It is important for professional services legal entities to apply for a license with the Board of Accountancy, in addition to complying with the incorporation requirements established by the Department of State.
